With the arrival of Spring, I wanted to share 5 of my tips to help your hair look healthy and vibrant this season

Spring is in the air my Beauties! Can you feel it? Can you smell it? What do you like the most about Spring? I love new beginnings and the plentiful opportunities for a fresh start that Spring brings. I adore Spring cleaning and purging the old to make room for the the new! I really enjoy the longer hours of daylight, the warmth, spending more time outdoors, the scent of flowers blooming, that happy feeling that I get when I see the vibrant colorful flowers blossoming all around me and most importantly, Spring is a cue for me to get my hair, skin and body ready for summer!
When it comes to getting my skin and body ready Spring, I try to eat healthier and cleaner, increase my exercise frequency, lose a few pounds to help me look my best during bathing suit season, get in one last face peel or laser treatment before summer (and heavier sun exposure) comes. And when it comes to my hair, I typically amp up my at-home regimen in order to ensure that my midlife locks looks their absolute best in anticipation of more travel, outings and social gatherings.
Here are my top 5 Tips to Help Your Hair Look Healthy & Vibrant for Spring:
1) Give yourself a weekly deep conditioning treatment to rejuvenate your hair and get rid of frizz and dryness. I love using
Hair Biology’s Color Sealing Mask because it gives my hair a nice dose of hydration and it keeps my red hair looking vibrant longer
2) Get your hair trimmed regularly in order to get rid of of dry damaged ends and keep your hair looking fresh and healthy
3) Mix together a few drops of castor and peppermint essential oils and rub this rejuvenating cocktail into your scalp on a regular basis in order to help strengthen your hair and stimulate hair growth
4) Consider adding a Biotin supplement to your your health regimen. Biotin is a wonderful vitamin that has been shown to support the growth of hair, skin, and nails. Since I added Biotin into my health regimen, the thinning patches near my temples are less noticeable. It has been a game changer for me!
5) Regularly use a serum to tame flyaways, smooth your hair and give it a nice dose of shine. I am obsessed with
Hair Biology’s Argan Oil Taming Serum because it smells like a tropical vacay, it’s lightweight and doesn’t weigh down my fine thinning hair and it helps make my hair look smooth, healthy and vibrant
